Refund And Return

  • If your box was delivered damaged and your rolls are unusable, we'll be happy to ship out a replacement order. Please include pictures of the damaged package, as that will help us file a claim with our carrier.
  • If you are a recurring subscriber and would like to cancel your order before it has shipped out of our warehouse, email us, and we will be happy to cancel your order and provide a refund.
  • If your order has already shipped from our warehouse or been delivered to your address, please email us, and we will be happy to adjust your subscription or shipping frequency to the cadence that works best for you.
  • We do not accept returns.
